Her Century China
Olga shares a vision for women, which is to have more female role models, more female mentors and more time dedicated to help women into leadership role and to realize their potential.
Olga started her career in Russia and since then lived and worked in Europe, Latin Amerika, and Asia. She speaks 5 languages and has travelled to 70+ exiting places around the world.
Olga has worn many hats in her career – auditor, finance manager, consultant, entrepreneur, functional leader and ethics officer. As a result, she has a unique ability to lead complex projects and complex teams.
Olga now resides in Shanghai with her familiy and leads Sales Operations at a large medical device company.

Marianna has built a successful career in Finance in international environment. She is a leader passionate about women empowerment and has a sound experience in talent development.
